Below are the Council highlights from the September 6th Regular Council Meeting.
Council provided first reading to Master Rate Bylaw 1185/12.
Council approved a request by Alberta Justice and the Solicitor General to do a feasibility assessment for the installation of Alberta First Responders Radio Communications System at no cost to the Town.
Council instructed the CAO apply for 50% funding to undertake a heritage building survey within the Town of Hardisty in 2013.
Sandy Otto was appointed Interim Chief Administrative Officer effective September 14th, 2012.
Council approved donation of the hall for Minor Hockey registration night as per Town of Hardisty Policy 1202.
